LockeStar Cavaliers

Candi came to us all the way from the Netherlands, from Natasja Moonen (An Excellent Choice Cavaliers).  Her sire is the famous Riverdale of an Excellent Choice, who is MRI scanned and heart clear over the age of 5 years.

 

For several years, Natasja has made scanning her breeding stock a routine health test in addition to annual heart and eye screening.  Thus, Candi's parents, grandparents, and several generations spanning back to great great grandparents and beyond are all MRI scanned.  This kind of  MRI history is extremely rare and difficult to come by in this breed.

 

Candi is a confident, sweet, adorable little girl that wants nothing more than to sit in your lap all day.  Her spunky, silly spirit puts a smile on our faces every day.  Although she is not a show dog, she is a very important part of our breeding program.  We are so fortunate to have miss Candi here at LockeStar Cavaliers and cannot thank Natasja enough for allowing her to come to us.
